At All Week Society, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items returned without original tags.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
